How are switchboards made?
- The panels are cut, bent and drilled with slots or countersunk and threaded holes of varying lengths and diameters depending on the buttons and switches they are to house.
- The design provided by the customer is then imprinted on the panel using various graphic techniques such as mechanical engraving, laser engraving, screen printing or digital printing.
- Mechanical pantograph engraving returns permanently engraved lettering and symbols with long life and a very high definition finish.
- Laser engraving is fast and ensures an extremely precise and sharp result.
- Screen printing ensures longer-lasting graphics, which remain highly visible and unchanged over time.
- Digital printing is more versatile and allows the impression of more colors.
