How are self-adhesive labels produced on a reel?

The text or design (logo, emblem or symbol) is printed on the surface of the film of adhesive material using various technologies depending on the type of quality and quantity of labels required by the customer.

The film is then laminated with a siliconized protective sheet to protect the adhesive and allow subsequent processing of the reel. The adhesive lamination can be matte or glossy depending on the customer’s specific requirements.

The coil is then cut to the customer’s specific specifications using specialized cutting machines.

Roll printing allows for large quantities of adhesive product, which is indispensable in various industries. In fact, customized stickers can be used to characterize, through the application of distinctive elements such as logos, emblems, lettering and symbols, all products in line with a company’s identity.
