CLMAG Series electromagnetic flow meters

ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOW METERS are interesting instruments for measuring the flow rate of potable water, wastewater, beverages, fertilizers, chemicals, and other liquids with an electrical conductivity of at least 5uS/cm. These devices can accurately and reliably measure liquid flow rates due to their electromagnetic technology.

They are equipped with sensors that generate a magnetic field around the conduit through which the liquid flows. The electromagnetic energy generated by the magnetic field passes through the liquid and is detected by another sensor. The velocity of the liquid is proportional to the voltage induced by the magnetic field, and this information is processed by the metering system to calculate the liquid flow rate.

Electromagnetic flow meters are capable of high accuracy in measuring liquid flow, even in the presence of suspended solid particles. In addition, they are easy to install and maintain, allowing for quick setup and easy replacement of any parts subject to wear and tear.
