Temperature probe Pt100

The temperature probe is a device resulting from the combination of several components:

One or more temperature SENSORS.
A special PROBE PROTECTION built based on the intended purpose of the device.

Its function is to detect a given temperature measurement and convert it into an electrical signal to ensure clear, immediate readings of the values.

The 3-wire coiled Pt100 temperature probe is designed to use a temperature-dependent electrical resistance thermometer: the Pt100 resistor used for this product increases with the temperature present, satisfying the most demanding industrial needs.

These resistance thermometers are located in the connection head. If the sensor inside the probe detects an increase in temperature, then it will also increase its resistance value. Pt100 thermoresistors are mainly used for a temperature range of -200C° to +400C°.

The resistors used for this product can be classified as wire-wound, particularly suitable for responding to low and medium temperatures.
