The device

  • BODY made entirely of stainless steel
  • CASE made of stainless steel with bayonet CLOSURE.
  • Unbreakable transparent 3mm thickness FRONT PANEL.
  • DOUBLE SEAL for an IP67 level tight seal of fluids and vapor.
  • Temperature variation detection of 1/10th of a degree.
  • LCD DISPLAY capable of ensuring temperature reading even in the presence of direct vapor.
  • 316L stainless steel probe Ø 12mm. Features a tapered tip capable of detecting temperature changes at the maximum allowable rate. The probe is suitable for food contact.
  • Standard device length between 60cm and 1meter. The thermometer is customizable and CUSTOM-MADE instruments can be requested.
  • POWER SUPPLY via two 1.5V AA batteries. The batteries allow the device to be self-contained for 2 years of continuous use.
