Capsule manometers

When measuring and monitoring very LOW PRESSURES or DEPRESSURES, CAPSULE PRESSURE GAUGES must be used.

These are instruments designed to intervene where classical diaphragm pressure gauges cannot work. They are highly SENSITIVE and are designed to detect values below 16mbar; they generally acquire data in an estimated value range of 0-10 mbar.

Capsule manometers can take over from diaphragm manometers only for clean, GASEOUS FLUIDS. The internal capsule prevents measurement for liquids, aggressive gases, or gases with possible condensation.

The device consists of

An internal CAPSULE made up of two fused gaskets. The membranes are positioned parallel to the internal quadrant of the chamber.
CASING and O-RING made of AISI 304 steel and bayonet coupling.
ATTACHMENT to the process in a COPPER/AISI 316 STAINLESS STEEL alloy.
ASSEMBLY options > radial, radial with posterior flange, posterior, posterior with frontal flange, posterior with mounting bracket.
